XLFL WS 5 Done, where is your journey now?

I think this reflective writing for WS 5 will be more of a reminder that I should more appreciate myself and be confident. For me who may be reading this again in months or 1, 5, 10 years, you will always have progress you know.

Maybe you should look back, my friend. You even collaborated on the Change Management framework theory by Dr. Kottler with a Crypto-Financial Ecosystem that is still changing and growing today. You have compiled an essay on the development of the use of crypto-based digital payments by Bank Indonesia which attracted the attention of two scholarship providers. Even, until you have bridged up to 100 times of 1-on-1 mentoring between univ students and high school students, with the hope that you will become one of the parts that can accelerate Indonesian student knowledge and education.

There will always the great people out there. But, don’t forget, that they are also great in their respective fields. There is space, when you choose freely what will be you are and what is your choice. Are you going to keep blaming yourself for the delay of your development process — or you make it as a learning thing to continue to grow, be inspired by it, and be the best in your field and of your version.

Make this a special note for you. Always remember, when the TED Talk (10/01/2022) with your Cohort. They are great, but they speak to their respective capacities. And when you presented the capital market ecosystem in Bengkulu, I really believe they are really listening to you and curious about how it is developing and growing.
