XLFL WS 4 Reflective Writing

I really (and always) admit that #XLFL always provides wonderful workshops. So many new and extraordinary learnings and experiences were obtained which made it impossible for me to miss future workshops (and this is our first offline meeting!).

Well, during the 4th Workshop, we learn to grow together:

1. Practice our public speaking & effective communication. Speak to the audience with loud and clear instructions, confidence, and gestures.
2. Pecha Kucha Presentation, we learn to present in a short time with the team. Still a lot of lack there, but Lala, the judges, and classmates gave a lot of constructive feedback.
3. In the leadership-type discussion, we learned how we could combine this leadership type in many situations and challenges.
